中国开源软件推进联盟第三次常务理事（扩大）会议在京举行

     2010 年1 月28 日，中国开源软件推进联盟第三次常务理事（扩大）会议在北京举行。本次会议上联盟陆首群主席做了“开源的发展”的主题报告，陆主席的报告总结了近两年国内外开源的发展，也回顾自上次会议以来联盟工作的进展。随着联盟成员单位的增加以及部分人员的工作变动，陆首群主席作了对联盟副主席、常务理事进行增补和调整的说明；胡崑山秘书长作了对联盟秘书处人员及分工调整的说明。与会代表一致同意通过联盟对副主席、常务理事以及秘书处的调整决定。联盟副秘书长陈伟博士受联盟秘书处的委托作了联盟财务状况的报告。作为行业主管部门的代表，工业和信息化部软件服务业司汪存富先生参加了本次会议，对联盟的工作予以了充分的肯定。参加本次会议的代表共计76 人。

      过去的一年既是建国60周年，也是中国的“3G元年”。一年前中国政府发出了三张3G 牌照，也是国家实施经济刺激计划的一大力作，中国由此步入3G时代。一年来3G 用户超过1500 万，但3G 用户与2G 用户之比还不到3%，这说明中国3G宽带的发展历程还是路漫漫。

       好莱坞巨片《2012》以恢宏壮观的三维制作为我们再现了一个 1000 天后的诺亚方舟传奇。据报道,震撼的场景制作所需的服务器有 90%使用的是 Linux 操作系统;2009 年 11 月份 Top500 超级计算机发布数据显示 89.20%的超级计算机运行在 Linux 操作系统上。智能手机出现开源化趋向。 这些数据在一定程度上值得开源界去欢呼,当然也需要开源界认真去思考。

      一年一度的东北亚开源软件推进论坛于 10月 19-20日在日本东京举行,中日韩三国有关部门的政府官员、企业的代表、社区的开源专家和有关人士等参加了本次会议。这是继 2004 年在北京召开首届东北亚开源软件推进论坛之后的第八届会议。几年来,东北亚开源软件论坛取得了丰硕成果,中日韩三国在开源软件发展和普及方面,成为全球开源发展的亮点。本次会议遵循一贯的沟通交流、信息共享、协同合作、务实推进、互利多赢、展望未来的宗旨,推动着开源软件在东北亚地区的发展和普及,并对全球开源软件运动做出进一步的贡献。

    今年8月份，Unix操作系统迎来了自己的40周岁生日，在这过去的40年中，Unix操作系统取得了不少令世人瞩目的成就。Unix操作系统的孕 育地是 贝尔实验室，当时AT&T,麻省理工学院，通用电器以及贝尔实验室三家机构正在设计一款名为Multis的操作系统，不过由于进展缓慢这个项目最 后中止了，不过正是这个计划催生了Unix，Unix的设计目标是要充分发挥当时大型计算机的性能，并能控制多部电脑运行。
